Mint Salt Bath Blend

This refreshing, mint salt bath helps to soothe sore muscles. I’d recommend soaking in a warm bath for about 15-20 minutes with this magickal blend.

what you’ll need:

2 cups Epsom salts

10-15 drops of peppermint essential oil

If you’d like to add fresh herbs, rosemary, mint, chamomile and/or lavender are lovely in this bath blend.

This one is super simple. Everything can be placed directly into the bath water. I do prefer to add everything while the water is still running. This helps to mix it together and quickly dissolves the salt.
