Chamomile Oat Bath Blend

This calming chamomile oat bath helps to soothe and soften the skin. I’d recommend soaking in a warm bath for about 15-20 minutes with this magickal blend. This is also a really great bath to prepare for bedtime.

what you’ll need:

1 cup Old-Fashioned Oats

10-15 drops of frankincense essential oil

If you’d like to add fresh herbs, chamomile is perfect. Dried petals and fresh flowers are also divine in this bath blend.

How to run this oat bath (without making a mess of your tub):

  1. Find an old, tall sock or thrift one from your local shop.
  2. Pour about 1/2-1 full cup of oats into the sock. Tie a knot at the top of the sock to close your DIY oat pouch.
  3. Hold the oat pouch in the running water while filling the tub. Make sure the pouch gets completely soaked. Squeeze the pouch for at least a minute until it feels slippery and sudsy. The bath water will look cloudy and milky when it’s ready.
